Baltimore Shakespeare Factory Ticketing FAQ
How much are your tickets?
Regular adult admission: $24
Discount admission (students, seniors, educators, veterans, and artists): $19
Children Under 12: FREE!
Opening night of each show is PAY-WHAT-YOU-WILL!
Should I purchase tickets online or at the show?
Tickets are the same price online and at the door.
We recommend ordering online in advance, but tickets are available at the door (cash or charge) beginning one hour prior to showtime.
How do I reserve a seat?
BSF's venue, The Great Hall at St. Mary's Outreach Center, is general admission with no reserved seats. We recommend arriving early to stake out your preferred spot!
I already ordered a ticket, but I need to exchange it. What should I do?
Email us! email@example.com
We are happy to exchange your tickets for any other performance in the current season.
I'm a superfan and plan to come to several of your shows this season! Can I get a discount?
Not at this time, we plan have season passes available in the future.
What is your weather cancellation policy?
Currently, we perform indoors, so we will only cancel a show in the case of extremely inclement weather, or circumstances that risk the safety of our actors or audience.
In these cases, we will make the call 2 hours prior to showtime, and post our decision on our homepage, our social media, and via email to that performance's ticketholders.
Ticketholders can then request to exchange their tickets for any remaining performance in our season.
What's the parking situation?
A limited number of spaces are available in the parking lot at St. Mary's Community Center; BSF patrons may park in any UNMARKED/NON-NUMBERED space on the right side of the lot.
Unmetered street parking is available along Roland Ave.
The garage at The Rotunda offers up to 4 hours of free parking and is within walking distance.
