Should I purchase tickets online or at the show?

Tickets are the same price online and at the door.

We recommend ordering online in advance, but tickets are available at the door (cash or charge) beginning one hour prior to showtime.

I already ordered a ticket, but I need to exchange it. What should I do?

Email us! info@baltimoreshakespearefactory.org

We are happy to exchange your tickets for any other performance in the current season.

I'm a superfan and plan to come to several of your shows this season! Can I get a discount?

Not at this time, we plan have season passes available in the future.

What is your weather cancellation policy?

Currently, we perform indoors, so we will only cancel a show in the case of extremely inclement weather, or circumstances that risk the safety of our actors or audience.

In these cases, we will make the call 2 hours prior to showtime, and post our decision on our homepage, our social media, and via email to that performance's ticketholders.

Ticketholders can then request to exchange their tickets for any remaining performance in our season.
